Shoki Co., Ltd. ("we"/"us") treats legal compliance and information security as core business priorities and operates the Service accordingly.

We comply with relevant Japanese laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, and operate the Service appropriately and in good faith.

User personal information and business data are handled in accordance with our Privacy policy.

3. Information-security measures

For authentication, network traffic, and data storage, the Service uses cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, and we work to prevent unauthorized access and data leaks.

4. Access management and operations

Access rights to the system are limited to what is necessary for the work at hand and operated under appropriate controls. We review the operating posture on an ongoing basis.

5. Third-party providers

We may outsource parts of the Service to external providers. In those cases we manage and supervise the providers appropriately.

6. Incident response

In the event of an information-security issue or outage, we will work to assess the situation, minimize impact, and notify or coordinate with relevant parties as needed.

7. Continuous improvement

In light of regulatory changes, technology trends, and societal expectations, we continuously review and improve our compliance and security posture.
